- Many of our parts are new; however, if the parts are used, they are certified by the manufacturer. This includes reconditioned parts.
- 2. Does your company have an exchange program?
- Yes! We will offer an exchange price based on the condition of the unit.
- 3. Does your company offer a repair program?
- Yes! All boards and parts are repaired and certified by the manufacturer. Our company does not repair any boards or parts!
- 4. Does your company buy used CNC surplus?
- Yes! We may buy your used surplus.
- 5. Does your company offer a guarantee?
- Yes! We offer 90 days on used parts from the date of purchase. We offer 90 days on new parts from the date of purchase.
- 6. Who reconditions a used CNC part?
- Reconditioning or repair of all parts are completed by the original manufacturer.
- 7. What is CNC?
- Computer Numerical Control - This is the process of manufacturing machine parts using a computerized controller to command motors which drive each machine axis.
